» Technology, feasibility and product provisioning consultancy to a start-up 300 seat call centre in India.

» Feasibility study for a start-up computer education centre in Afghanistan.

» Feasibility study for export of raw gemstones from Afghanistan to Thailand versus polished finished product, including outsourcing of the polishing process to India versus in-house factory in Afghanistan.

» Project consultancy of a new branch setup for a major technology provider, including complete analysis of the pros and cons of using various countries as hub for their operation, selection of the site based on customer assessment v/s benefits/costs. This project also required a study of long term business development environment, tax benefit study in the region, as well as geo-political environment assessment of the different short-listed countries.
